Honduras San Andres is an Arabica variety grown in the western part of the country, in the Lempira region, on Pico Congolon at an altitude between 1,400 and 1,700 meters.

It is processed using the traditional process, with complete drying on the patio, which gives the coffee its sweetness and aroma. Fresh citrus notes combine with the bold aroma of rum, resulting in a full-bodied and refined cup.
